Is This for You?
You’ve spent your career building the self-awareness, skills, and confidence students need to shape their futures. Professional Growth Circles turn that same intentionality back on you, strengthening the career capacity that lets you navigate what comes next, whether that’s a promotion, a pivot, or simply doing your current work with more clarity and purpose.
For those with years of experience who are ready to invest deliberately in their professional and career development, the Professional Growth Circle was designed with you in mind.
What to Expect
Each Circle intentionally brings together a small cohort of experienced SAS professionals working in different countries and higher education contexts. This global composition creates an opportunity to step outside your usual professional networks, learn how colleagues in other parts of the world approach similar leadership challenges, and gain perspectives you may not encounter within your own institution or national context.
Know Yourself
Who am I? What do I value? What strengths and capacities do I bring?
Lead Yourself
How do I show up? What helps my career growth, and what limits it?
Shape Your Career
What does career success mean to me now? What am I building next?
Over six sessions, facilitated by two experienced GSA consultants, you will build your leadership and career capacity through reflection on your professional journey, dialogue with senior colleagues who understand your world, exploration of real leadership challenges, and intentional consideration of what you want to carry forward, change, or explore next.

Founding Cohort Investment
This rate is available exclusively for our founding cohort. Future cohorts will be priced at our standard rate. In exchange, we ask for your honest feedback and a brief testimonial to help us share this career development program with others.
Payment is due prior to the first session. Invoicing available upon request. Individual and institutional enrollment both welcome. Space is intentionally limited; cohorts fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
Grounded in Career Development Research
Professional Growth Circles are built on established career development scholarship: protean career theory, developmental network and mentoring research, communities of practice and reflective practice, strengths-based and self-determination theory, and group process research on psychological safety and peer learning. These frameworks shape the curriculum quietly; the sessions themselves stay practical, reflective, and grounded in your real career questions rather than academic in tone.
Your Facilitators Are Part of the Journey
They bring extensive senior leadership experience in student affairs and services across different higher education contexts, but they are not there simply to teach or provide answers. They will reflect, ask questions, share experiences, and learn alongside Circle participants, creating a developmental community in which experienced professionals can learn with and from one another.
