A Fulbright Scholar and award-winning researcher with almost four decades of experience. Brett has spoken and facilitated programs in China, Malaysia, Italy, Chile, and many others. He is an active leader on NASPA's Global Division board and a founding member of IASAS.
Dr. Perozzi has taught in higher ed. administration programs at five universities and holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University. With more than 50 publications, including three books on global SAS, he has served in executive leadership roles for 25 years, including eight as Vice President for Student Affairs.
He has been recognized with the Indiana University Robert H. Shaffer distinguished alumni award and the NASPA Foundation Pillar of the Profession.

Enrique brings over 35 years of executive experience in student affairs at Tecnológico de Monterrey — one of Latin America's largest university systems. As National Vice President for Student Affairs, he provided strategic oversight for 31 campuses with more than 2,000 professionals.
He launched the "Líderes del Mañana" full-ride scholarship initiative, created Latin America's first online Student Affairs master's specialty, and organized Mexico's first International Student Affairs Symposium. A NASPA member since 1991, Enrique was recently named Pillar of the Profession.
He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Arizona.

Lisa has thirty years of experience in student affairs and higher education leadership in the US and UAE. She recently served as Executive Dean for Semester at Sea and has held senior roles at the American University of Sharjah and Pace University in New York.
A recipient of the Jefferson Award for Outstanding Public Service, Lisa serves as Secretary-General of the International Association of Student Affairs and Services (IASAS) and has consulted internationally in Australia, Lebanon, India, and the Philippines.
She earned her doctorate in Leadership from Barry University and teaches at Purdue Global University.

Birgit has served in senior leadership positions in Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, focusing on leadership, student success, DEI, and social justice. She has worked with SARUA, USAf, DAAD, UNESCO, and ERASMUS on teaching, research, and policy development.
Appointed as Extraordinary Professor at the University of the Western Cape, Birgit has over 100 publications on social justice, SAS, higher ed. leadership, gender, and the SDGs. She serves as President of IASAS and has received the Noam Chomsky Award for international research.
She is a Research Associate at Pretoria University and Germany Country Director for the STAR Scholars Network.

Thierry is an internationally recognized scholar of higher education policy, student affairs, and student politics, with over 20 years' experience. He currently serves as Director of Postgraduate Studies & Researcher Development at the University of Cape Town.
His research spans student affairs in the Global South, student activism — including landmark analyses of #RhodesMustFall and #FeesMustFall — and the transformation of African universities. His work has been supported by the MasterCard Foundation, Mellon Foundation, and Carnegie Corporation.
He is also Adjunct Professor at Nelson Mandela University and Research Fellow of the University of the Free State.

She most recently served as Vice President for Strategy and Impact at NASPA — a global association representing more than 14,000 members across 39 countries — where she led strategic initiatives and national programs for 22 years. Her work has focused on leadership development, first-generation college students, and institutional effectiveness.
She holds an Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
